Take Control & Schedule Your Own Delivery

If the estimated delivery date does not suit your needs, you can re-arrange this from alternative dates within 5 working days. Where available, you’ll also be able to select a timed window to receive your order.

Remove Signature Requirement

Deliver To A Neighbour

If you won’t be in for your delivery, you can choose to pick this up from dhl service point. You can review the collections points closest to your address and select the best collection for you. Please note that if the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it’ll be sent back to the dhl depot.

On Holiday? Place Your Delivery On Hold

If you are on holiday when your delivery is due, you can request dhl to hold your delivery for up to 30 calendar days. Where available, you’ll also be able to select a timed window to receive your delivery.
