You must notify us of your return via our returns portal or e-mail within 14 days from the date of delivery. This policy applies for all payment methods including Buy now & Pay Later payment methods.

Returns must adhere to the following:

• In original packaging
• No signs of wash/wear
• Tags must not be damaged or removed
• No stains/hairs/odours
• Underwear and swimwear must have hygiene seal intact

We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above. You will be responsible for covering the costs of the item being returned.

USA Returns incentive applies - Eligible to receive $17 back via a discount code once you have registered your return and dropped this with the courier. You can then use your code on a future purchase. To receive the code you must be subscribed to email marketing prior to making the return.
